Adam says: “The Association Of Professional Sales (APS) has a great story to tell. We all want good, honest relationships when we are involved in any form of sales transaction, but the Association knows that, for very many people, selling and sales evoke a host of negative feelings. The APS is rightly focusing on standards and ethics because the words “unethical” and “mis-selling” have been grabbing the public’s attention. The Association is also campaigning for diversity in business – reflecting the society in which we live – and building skills to educate the next generation of sales people to the highest standards. These are all great aims.

“At the APS, we want to keep this positive message clear and simple. The Association’s drive for change is all about people not processes, so we will be delivering engaging stories, experiences and advice about sales and selling which both the profession and the public can relate to.”
