Objective

The APS invites Approved Training Organisations (ATO’s) to a session to discuss the Sales Executive Apprenticeship. In this second meeting we are looking to expand on the discussions that took place in our previous session and build on addressing the challenges and opportunities within sales apprenticeships and qualifications, we will send a full agenda nearer the time.

Topics Of Discussion

  • Off the Job Learning – recap and new learning
  • The value of the ‘sales’ opportunity
  • Registration of Learners – the learner journey with the APS
  • On Program EPA review process – Support to ATO’s pre-gateway
  • Go to Market feedback – what employers are liking / disliking

We will be using the output of this meeting to share with our All Party Parliamentary Group for Professional Sales, and seek support from bodies such as the AELP (Association of Education & Learning Providers) to then gain clarity from bodies such as Ofsted, ESFA, Ofqual and the IfA.
