Leading Change in Corporate Governance, The Institute of Leadership & Management
Governance remains a central theme of stewardship in the corporate, public and not-for-profit sectors throughout the world.
The Institute of Leadership & Management invites you to the fourth in its series of events specifically addressing aspects of leadership across financial services. Simon Lowe, Chairman of the Grant Thornton Governance Institute, will share his views on the current direction corporate governance is taking, the challenges that the sector faces and how to lead change. Simon is the instigator and author of the FTSE 350 Corporate Governance Review, the UK’s leading research document into the UK’s Code of Corporate Governance. Following his presentation, Simon will be joined on the panel by Peter Hahn, Dean and Professor in Banking at the The London Institute of Banking and Finance, for what we are sure will prove to be an interesting and spirited talk and discussion.
