Luke will share the journey British Airways has been on for the last couple of years to transform and enable BA’s global sales team. Covering both the wins and the learnings, Luke will discuss why BA embarked on such a journey, how he set about planning it and then how it was executed. BA’s global footprint covers sales people in more than 40 global locations working across a wide range of global B2B customers and B2B2C partners. BA’s transformational journey covers ways of working, tools, systems and processes along with the associated benefits.

About the presenter:

In addition to leading this global transformation, Luke also leads BA’s Global Sales Operations teams. Prior to this he was BA’s Head of Commercial for Europe, and before that he led BA’s Global Corporate Accounts team. Before joining the airline Luke was with the FTSE 100 leisure company Whitbread in a variety of sales and sales leadership positions for 10 years. Luke’s passions outside of work are rugby, waterskiing & family (not necessarily in that order!).
