What part do ethics and values play in sustainable business and pipeline growth? Why should anyone care?

A simple google search will quickly demonstrate the absolute proliferation of ethics, values and integrity as topics, buzzwords and apparent ‘differentiators’ in business today. Blogs, podcasts, LinkedIn, YouTube, corporate communications and CSR; it appears everywhere. But, scratch away at the surface and you’ll soon find that all that talk doesn’t necessarily permeate through to the front line of modern business and ultimately the experience for us all as customers, consumers or citizens.
