This webinar, hosted by Euan Cunningham of Mercuri International, explores making the right choices to meet the leadership challenges of operating a successful global sales operation. In conversation, Mark Royden – Managing Director and Sales Excellence leader of Global Forwarding Ltd, provides valuable insights. Focusing on the key elements of sales activity planning, the webinar will allow participants to calibrate their own views and current processes against best practice. The discussion will explore how to select the right management information to provide meaningful sales steering to multi-country, multi-cultural and often independent P&L operations. It opens the lid on how poorly conceived Head Office initiatives cannot be fully implemented when they conflict with local operational demands. The discussion will explain why too much sales data can create a paralysis by analysis and stifle proactive sales direction. If you have an interest in learning how to implement flexible and scalable sales management tools and processes register for this insightful session.
