January 11, 2018: Last year saw some great developments for the Association of Professional Sales (APS) and powerful recognition from the government, not least in our apprenticeships. One significant development has been the approval by HMRC of the APS as a recognised expense for professional development.
What does this mean for you?
It means you can offset the cost of your APS membership in line with your current tax rate and gain an equivalent reduction in your membership.
For many of our fellows and advanced managers, this is effectively a 40 percent discount on your membership so you can improve your own skill base.
This is good news in terms of the government underlining that those who develop themselves for the benefit of their customers, their peers and themselves should be recognised and rewarded.
