March 28, 2018:
The Association of Professional Sales (APS) is pleased to announce it is working with a leading sales academy to deliver qualifications for sales professionals across the Asia Pacific region.
Our new partnership with the Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing Academy (APAC SMA) follows this month’s launch of the APS in Singapore.
The Asia Pacific region is one of the most diverse and dynamic business zones in the world. Businesses across Asia are enjoying strong economic growth but they are also facing a shortage of suitable sales talent.
Now the Association of Professional Sales, along with our partners at APAC SMA, can offer a suite of practical qualifications to develop highly-skilled salespeople.
Having a professional, educated sales force fosters strong sustainable relationships with customers which builds business success.
The APS is encouraging sales teams in the Asia Pacific region to sign up to our code of conduct to demonstrate their commitment to ethical sales and our affiliation with APAC SMA will guide sales people through the process of externally validated, professional accreditation.
Ben Turner, General Manager of the APS said: ”APAC SMA has the skills and expertise to deliver the highest quality training. We are delighted to be building this partnership with them. It’s a fantastic step forward for sales professionalism in the Asia Pacific Region.
APAC SMA is the one of few academies in the world providing a full range of sales and marketing education, and certification. The sales academy – the first APS-recognised centre in Asia – has strong links with industry and is backed by a team of global experts. Their training also recognises assessment of prior learning so individuals are rewarded for existing knowledge while identifying areas for improvement.
CEO, Zeenath Kuraisha said: “We want to make practical, industry-based sales education affordable and accessible and we are excited to partner with the APS to provide quality standards and endorsements together.”
Ben Turner concluded: “Zeenath Kuraisha, is a strong advocate for the importance of professionally qualified sales professionals. At the APS, we have been overwhelmed by her team’s professionalism and competence to deliver our qualifications across the entire region.”
The Association of Professional Sales is the leading community for sales people. We are a not-for-profit organisation, reinvesting in our profession to build standards, trust and education.
