Gilles is Managing Partner of the Global Management Consultancy Acosphere Ltd, head quartered in London. Acopshere works primarily with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 clients in transforming their business and developing their people. Gilles’ career in sales began at Xerox Corporation where he quickly rose to become the Number 1 sales person in his field and later become MD of Xerox Europe managing over 1000 people and achieving 20% increase in revenue in markets of only 3% growth. Since, he has held senior positions in Sales and Marketing at major global corporations including Misys plc, Invensys and Agrekko plc.
Within his own consultancy he has helped clients achieve positive profit growth in short time frames – one Dutch client (CFS from the AEA Group) achieved over 90% profit growth within 18 months.
Gilles has a passion for personal development and coaching. He surrounds himself with lifelong learners and seeks to leverage talent in his own business as well as others. A keen traveller and citizen of the world he speaks 6 languages proficiently and continues to take up new sports and hobbies that contribute to his personal growth.
